These Terms of Service define the rules and conditions for using our Service. By continuing to use the services, you declare that you have read and fully accept its content.
1 General Provisions
- The administrator of the Service is the entity Niceone Software Agency, located at 3D Lipowa Street, 30-702 Kraków, NIP 6783179164, REGON 383103134.
- The Terms of Service apply to every person using the available functions within the Service ("User").
- The Service serves exclusively an entertainment function and is not officially affiliated with game creators, manufacturers, or external platforms.
2 Conditions of Service Use
- The Service may only be used by adults (18+) with full legal capacity.
- It is not permitted for one User to have multiple accounts. Attempts to circumvent this requirement may lead to account blocking.
- The User is obligated to protect login data and provide only true information in their profile.
3 Virtual Items
- The Service enables acquiring and storing virtual items for entertainment purposes. These items do not constitute an official means of payment nor guarantee financial profit.
- Transfers or exchanges of virtual items between Users are not allowed. The Service administration cannot transfer items between accounts.
- The Administrator is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of items by Users.
- We reserve that some items may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, the User will be informed about the need to wait.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for items or services purchased in the Service. The User makes purchases knowingly and at their own risk.
- After drawing an item, the user has the option to collect it, resell it, or exchange it for another item - the item is non-refundable.
- In case of a decision to resell, the funds obtained from the sale will be automatically transferred to the user's virtual wallet.
- If the user does not take any action within 31 days from the moment of drawing the item, the item will be removed.
- To collect an item, the user must request its shipment.
- Shipping takes place automatically with the participation of a BOT.
- Collecting an item requires accepting the offer sent by the BOT.
- Due to the 7-day block introduced by the Steam platform, some items may be temporarily unavailable for shipping - in such a situation, the user can use the option to exchange for another item.
- The Service is not responsible for providing an incorrect Steam Trade URL by the user.
- The Service is not responsible for situations that prevent the user from collecting the item.
- If the sent item is not collected by the user within 31 days, it will be automatically removed.
- In case of receiving an exchange offer that the user decides not to accept, they are only entitled to keep the item - neither a complaint nor funds from resale will be granted.
- Cases opened by Creators (our advertising partners) do not generate commission funds.
- The Administrator reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal of virtual items in case of suspected abuse, violation of the Terms of Service, or the need to meet legal requirements. In such cases, we may require the User to undergo identity verification (KYC) and/or compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Refusal to undergo such verification may result in account blocking and cancellation of the withdrawal.
4 Fees and Payments
Selected features or services in the Service may require payment of fees. The User is informed about this before activating them.

The User agrees to comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of the above providers.
In case of payment difficulties, please contact technical support immediately to resolve the issue.
5 User Rights and Obligations
- The User has the right to use all available functions of the Service, subject to the requirements of the Terms of Service.
- It is forbidden to attempt to modify or bypass the Service's security measures or to take actions that violate the rights of other Users.
- Violations of the Terms of Service may result in account blocking and, in justified cases, also in legal action.
- A user who notices an error or irregularity in the operation of the site is obliged to immediately report this to the site administration.
6 Administrator Rights and Obligations
- The Administrator ensures the continuous operation of the Service but reserves the right to perform technical work that may limit access to services.
- In case of violations, the Administrator may suspend or delete a User's account without prior notice.
- The offer of functionalities and assortment may change at any time, without the need to inform about it in advance.
- The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the fulfillment of an order if a given item is temporarily unavailable.
7 Complaints
- Every User has the right to file a complaint if they encounter technical problems or notice irregularities in the provided services.
- Complaints are processed within a maximum of 14 business days, unless there are additional circumstances requiring a longer verification process.
8 Liability
- The Administrator is not responsible for User losses resulting from improper use of services, including non-compliance with these Terms of Service.
- The Service may contain links to third-party sites, for whose content and practices the Administrator bears no responsibility.
- Use of the Service is at the User's risk, in compliance with applicable laws.
- It is strictly forbidden to exploit any errors, vulnerabilities, or irregularities in the operation of the site to gain material or non-material benefits. Such actions are considered a serious violation of the terms of service and may result in the immediate suspension of the user's account and the loss of any assets or items obtained in this manner.
9 Changes to the Terms of Service
- The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the content of the Terms of Service. The updated version will be made available in the Service.
- Continued use of the Service after the introduction of changes is equivalent to acceptance of the new provisions.
10 Final Provisions
- In matters not covered by these Terms of Service, the appropriate provisions of local law apply.
- If any of the provisions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
- Any disputes that may arise in connection with the use of the Service will be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
